Present your tailored plan
Next, NPS shows the customer the details including gross marketplace dollars, margins, and other charges applicable and reveals any abnormal risks in contract terms, with a precise comparison to other offers within their region. NPS will design, execute, and make recommendations for a tailored formal RFP BID process if requested or required.
Finally, the customer chooses. A few papers are signed and the deal is done. Every 8-9 months, NPS reviews each accounts’ performance or project development to ensure the client is on track and the plan is successful.
